“Didi was new to the house, and I thought I would have to show him the access to the roof, but he already had the ladder set up and was ready to begin the service on the 2 package units on the two roofs. He had read the prior service notes, and knew how to access the units.
Didi was also able to troubleshoot an on-going issue from the prior company.
We switched to Air Products a few years ago.
The service provided on the twice annual maintenance package includes rinsing the unit which the prior company never did.
