“Eduardo Ramirez was my service technician. He found the problem and went to replace the parts. In doing so an existing piece crumbled or fell apart and that piece said to be replaced thank goodness because if it hadn’t in the summer when the air conditioning was on and used more power, it could’ve caused a fire. I’m so grateful that he found that. Eduardo was a pleasure to work with as are the rest of the team. I will sleep better tonight, knowing that that is fixed thank you so much.”
