Read below and see what just a few of our happy residential customers are saying. We look forward to enhancing the indoor comfort control of your home as well!
In the 5 years we lived in our current home, we have had 4 different AC technicians to repair /replace parts for our HVAC unit for variety of issues…so by now I could definitely tell if the technician is legit or not..
By far, Mr. Escobar was the most professional and knowledgeable. He was also patient and articulate in explaining everything which was very helpful. There was no attempt to up sell me on unnecessary repairs but he helped tried to find the most beneficial solution for us. I really appreciate the honesty and am so happy we found a company with real experts who really know their stuff….and it doesn’t hurt that their price was waaaay better than the previous company who quoted me for the same service..
They repaired a problem where dirty air was circulating back into the house; installed a new shut-off valve; replaced a hard pipe with flex piping; and performed annual maintenance on the unit (cleaning the unit, changing filters, ensuring everything was running smoothly). Repairs were $87, cost for twice-a-year maintenance service (this visit for the heater; another visit in 6 months for the HVAC unit) was $289.
John was extremely professional, courteous, and very clear in communicating the work that he had done and why. Because the company had serviced this unit for the previous owner of the house, he also let us know what the past service history had been. E.g., he mentioned that the HVAC unit was older and less efficient, but also said that he wouldn’t recommend making a change unless the unit stopped working. When the day comes when the unit doesn’t work, our money would be better spent on a more energy- and cost-efficient unit rather than fixing what is out there. All in all, a very nice technician who didn’t try to upsell us on stuff we didn’t need this minute.
These guys are very thorough and know what they are doing. I had a bad experience with another company (HVAControl Inc based out of Granada Hills – AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE) and I am so so so relieved I found a company that is honest and trustworthy. My technician was John and he was so polite and courteous, I cannot say enough about him and this company! They are a little expensive but it’s definitely worth it! Small price to pay for peace of mind. I wont call anyone else to do a/c repairs in the future!
I just had a heating and air conditioning system installed in my home. All of the technicians who worked on the project were personable and very professional and the job could not have gone better. Air Products arrived each day on time and left my house in a clean and presentable condition.Bob Curran was absolutely the best. I could not recommend a finer operation.
Recently we upgraded my wife’s parents new home which includes a 20 year old A/C and furnace. I interviewed several A/C companies asking specific questions of the compressor, coil and furnace.
Bob Curren is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and spent the time answering my questions. In addition, Bob gave me several options so we could make a decision that benefited my In-Laws. There was no sale pressure or pushing. He explained which units can be replaced, the involved costs, and worked with me to help my In-Laws .
One option was the placement of the compressor. Due to the footprint of the property and the cost of moving the unit, the best place for the unit was the original location. Bob suggested a “Carrier” quiet compressor. The cost of the unit was cheaper than a replacement unit with the cost of moving it. The unit is a slim line which uses less space on the patio than a standard size unit. It’s amazing how quiet the compressor is. We can barely hear it in the Master Bedroom.
Another cost saving was the size of the unit vs. the square footage of the house. The other companies advised a 3 1/2 ton was required to be efficient. Bob explained that was not true and a 3 ton unit was sufficient bring the cost down. The A/C cools the house down quickly reducing the cost and the furnace burns us out. The technician (Craig) inspected the old units and locations for installation. He too is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and understood my concerns of the installation. The installers were professional and knowledgeable. The process took one day.
The cost was $545 to $2147 lower than the other proposals I received. We are extremely satisfied with Air Products Inc and we will recommend them to all.
Have been using AirProducts for years to maintain my now 23+ year old home central air conditioning system. They have never been anything but professional and efficient! I actually had the same guy come to my house for many years…their employees stay on which from the start tells you something about this company!
Last year we had to replace one of our heaters… although I do have a home warranty contract, I chose to have them buy me out for the heater replacement/installation, as I trusted only AirProducts to do right by me in putting in the best unit and doing the job correctly.
There is a one year warranty on the labor and much longer on the unit itself. Just recently, and a few weeks past this 12 month mark, we developed what ended up being a clog in the condensation line. Thinking there was a problem with the unit itself, I bypassed using my home warranty company to address the issue and called Air Products directly. With the representative I worked with to get the heater installed not available, I requested and was promptly connected with AirProducts, Inc. owner, Jeff Crane.
In short, Jeff and I “chatted” on the phone for almost a half hour! He was completely receptive to and understanding of my reason for having used a different company for the most recent service of my A/C & Heating system (suffice it to say, this is the age of “daily deals”!). Jeff fully agreed that the service performed was complete and thorough (whereas I would have expected him to possibly argue that the problem was a result of something this other service company did or did not do)!
As it turns out, a clogged condensation line is something that can occur at any time despite proper and regular maintenance of A/C&Heating systems.
This said, we scheduled for AirProducts to come out and clear the clogged condensation line.
My reason for taking the time to write this review and give 5 stars is that Jeff, in the end, only charged me for the labor of installing an extra part that will make it easier to fix this problem should it ever again occur. Although listed on my invoice, he credited the full amount of the diagnostic and actual repair (clearing the line) parts of the service call (rather than paying $341, all I paid was $139-which I was grateful and completely comfortable with).
If you are in need of a trustworthy and top-notch company to manage your A/C and Heating system at a fair price, CAll AirProducts, Inc!
